Thai chef Ian Chalermkittichai starts to work his magic at his namesake restaurant Kittichai opening at 60 Thompson in Soho. The former executive chef of the Four Seasons hotel in Bangkok, has relocated to NYC along with a hand-picked team of local chefs. In authentic Thai style food will be served family-style, so come prepared to share!
Highlights from the menu include Red snapper wrapped in pandanus fronds served with sweet chilli sauce, Thai Rock lobster stir-fried with sweet basil and lesser ginger and Southern style slow-braised lamb curry served with turmeric rice.
